Terms and Conditions

Spedeli sells and delivers milk. The range is milk only. By creating an account, adding wallet balance, starting a subscription, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

The shop

Spedeli is an Anexotech product. Delivery is in the morning, before 9:00 AM, to approved societies in the service area, including Wakad, Pune. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the milk you select. There is no separate shipping fee.

Your account

Customers sign in with Google. You must keep your name, mobile number, society, house or flat number, and wing or building accurate, because that is the address used for the morning drop. You are responsible for activity on your signed-in account. Staff sign-in is not a customer account.

Orders

You choose the milk and the mornings. A morning can be ordered only while that day is still open. The order is placed only when the wallet covers every selected morning. Each delivered morning is charged once, at the price shown when you placed the order. A morning that could not be delivered is not charged.

Pause and cancellation

You can pause a coming morning until 6 hours before 9:00 AM. A paused morning is not delivered and is not charged. After that cutoff, the morning stays on the route. Cancellation of a payment is covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Wallet and subscription

Wallet money is held for milk. A delivered morning takes that day’s milk off the wallet. The subscription is a separate charge and stays active for 30 days from the day it is paid. It is not added to the wallet balance. Subscribed customers see the subscription price. Other customers see the regular price.

Payments

Wallet top-ups and subscription charges are collected by the payment partner connected to this website. Spedeli does not store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking password. A payment is added to the shop only after the payment partner confirms it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for a reachable address, a correct location when you share one, and a phone the partner can use. If nobody is available at delivery, the partner records the result of that morning.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the shop, attempt to access another customer’s account, or place orders with details you know are false. We may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot deliver to an approved society.

Changes

We may update these terms, prices, the delivery area, and the subscription charge. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the shop.
