Spedeli delivers milk in the morning. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. Spedeli is an Anexotech product. If you do not agree with this policy, do not create an account or place an order.

Information we collect

Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address, and the Google account identifier needed to sign you in.
Profile details you save: mobile number, society name, house or flat number, wing or building, and the delivery address composed from those fields.
Location, when you allow it, so the morning route can find the gate. An optional house photo, if you add one, so the delivery partner can recognise the entrance.
Orders, wallet balance, subscription status, and messages you send to the shop.
Payment references from our payment partner, such as an order id and the amount. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking password.

Why we use it

We use this information to create your account, deliver milk to the saved address, take payment for the wallet and the subscription, pause or record a morning, reply to you, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

The delivery partner assigned to your morning can see the name, mobile number, society, house, wing, location, and house photo needed to complete that drop. Our payment partner receives the amount and the return details needed to collect or refund a payment. A hosting and database provider stores the shop’s records. We share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, orders, and wallet records while your account is in use and for as long as we need them for delivery disputes, refunds, and legal records. When a customer is removed from the shop, we delete that customer’s profile, orders, wallet, chat, house photo, and delivery photos from our systems.

Your choices

You can update your name, mobile number, society, house, and wing from your profile. You can turn off location in your phone. You can ask us to correct or delete your account from the Contact Us page. Deleting the account removes the delivery record we hold. A payment partner may keep its own record of a completed payment as required by banking rules.

Security

The shop is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to the shop’s admin and the partner on that morning’s route. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we work to protect the information we hold.

Children

Spedeli is a household milk service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create an account for a child.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Continued use of the shop after an update means you accept the revised policy.
