Shipping and Delivery Policy

Spedeli does not ship parcels by courier. Milk is delivered by our own morning route to your home. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, when the milk arrives, and what shipping costs.

What is delivered

The product is packaged milk. The order shows the brand, the pack, and the mornings you selected.

Where we deliver

We deliver to approved societies saved by the shop. Your profile must have a society chosen from that list, plus the house or flat number and the wing or building. The service area includes Wakad, Pune. If your society is not on the approved list, we do not deliver there yet.

When it arrives

Delivery is in the morning, before 9:00 AM, on each date you booked. There is one drop for each booked morning. We do not offer same-day express courier or delivery outside the morning route.

Shipping charges

There is no separate shipping fee. The price you pay is the milk price shown on the order. A delivered morning is charged from the wallet. A morning that could not be delivered is not charged.

What you need ready

The house number, wing, and society on your profile must be correct. If you share location or a house photo, the partner uses it to find the gate. Someone should be able to receive the milk, or the partner records that the morning could not be delivered.

Delay or a missed morning

If we do not deliver a booked morning, that morning is not charged. You can pause a coming morning until 6 hours before 9:00 AM. Questions about a drop go through Contact Us.
